Item took too long to arrive. When it did arrive it was the wrong thing. This was over a week ago. My requests for an exchange and subsequent complaints have been ignored.
Although the item is lovely it is not what I ordered. Service has been terrible, before and after purchase. Not impressed.

I got the spoons today, they are beautiful! My son is a big Eddie Izzard fan, I can't wait to casually serve up dessert with these spoons. Cake or Death! I will be back for presents for my friends, great idea!
