Welcome to Ginger Kitten! Felting is my passion; here you will find many unique needle felted decorations and ornaments hand sculpted from wool. I also work with sheets of felt to create applique accessories. I am always happy to take custom orders - please let me know if you would like something modified, personalized or designed for you.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
I hope that you enjoy your purchases from Ginger Kitten, however I understand that there may be times when you wish to return a product.
With the exception of personalised items and custom orders, you have up to 14 calendar days from the purchase date to return an order for exchange or refund as long as it is unused.
I will give a full refund of the purchase price and the initial postage costs when I receive the returned item. Return postage is not refundable.
If items you have ordered have arrived damaged, please contact me and I will do my best to sort things out for you to your satisfaction.
