Beautiful, handmade lavender bags and other pretty things, individually crafted in rural Herefordshire

With my background in couture I have a love of detail which I like to bring to my individually cut and sewn lavender sachets, reusable gift bags, cushions and other pretty things - from hand plaiting the coordinating string handles on the bags to sourcing interesting fabrics and trims, upcycling and repurposing vintage items.

My passion for lavender really started when we lived in France. With over 60 lavender bushes I began to cut and dry the lavender and started a small business making lavender bags......the rest is history!

And why Giddy Ethel? Ethel was my maternal Great Grandmother who was known affectionately as a 'Giddy Kipper'!

Buying from me

Everything in my shop is handmade by me in my rural Herefordshire workroom.
All items are individually cut and stitched and carefully packaged in white glassine bags and sent in eco friendly envelopes.
You can message me if you have any special requests or queries

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
