Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
Returns
Personalised items (name necklaces, cake toppers, products selected with your colour preferences etc), are NON-REFUNDABLE, unless faulty, authorisation must be obtained prior the return of faulty items.
Please check all packages on arrival, and contact us within 24hrs if your order has arrived damaged.
Please take care when ordering items particularly when choosing colours, fonts, and spellings, as after purchasing you will not be entitled to a refund.
