Everything you find in our store has been hand made with lots of love and care. We also take custom orders - just send us a message!
We ship to any UK address for FREE! We ship second class so usually orders will be dispatched within 2-3 days and take about 3-5 working days to arrive to UK within the UK.
For orders outside the UK, the flat rate of shipping is £4. Delivery times vary between 5 - 20 working days for most countries outside the UK.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalised orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Digital downloads
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Items on sale
Returns and exchange details
If items arrive damaged or not as described, please get in touch immediately and we will be happy to replace or refund the item, on receipt of the damaged item.
Please do not leave feedback before contacting me to resolve the issue.
