Born out of a need to diversify from our main original business of costume hire, cosplay design & dressmaking during the pandemic, we turned our collective creative hands to making all sorts of items to keep our business alive. And due to having a lot of resources to hand from our other business, we set up a side line of 'Rags 2 Stitches', where we upcycle fabric, jewellery, clothing and toys etc and turn them into new items to be cherished and loved all over again.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
