I Fallon Rice am the data-controller of your personal information as it relates to my shop.
When you place an order from me, I will receive your name, delivery address and email address from Folksy. I will only use these details to process and deliver your order, or deal with any queries you have related to that order. If you send me a message using the contact button on Folksy, I will receive your username and email address. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information (for example, when requesting a custom order of jewellery), if you contact me directly.
The only circumstances in which I will share your data are in processing your order or complying with the law. I will never use or pass on your information to third parties for marketing purposes or any other purpose, other than the circumstances listed below, or add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent. The circumstances in which I may share your data are:
• With Folksy to comply with my obligations.
• With delivery companies to fulfil your order.
• To comply with legal or tax obligations.
When contacting me and ordering via social media sites such as Facebook, Instagram or Twitter, I will only use the information you provide to fulfil your order, and your details WILL NOT be passed on and shared with anyone else. Please note that any information shared with Paypal to take payment for any orders (especially via social media conversations) is stored in Paypal which is a third party and they have their own privacy policy which can be viewed on their website.
I will only retain your details for as long as necessary in order to process the transaction and I will securely store any data collected during that period, via the Folksy website previous sales history in my shop. I retain personal data related to orders or customer queries for seven years for tax and audit purposes.
You have the right to know what personal data I hold about you, and to ask for that data to be changed or deleted. You also have the right to complain to the ICO if you believe there is a problem with the way I handle your data.

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
Unfortunately I am only able to offer refunds or exchanges if the item is faulty upon receipt, with proof of this in photos.
Certain items, including personalised items/commissions and earrings are unfortunately not to be exchanged for any reason due to the nature of the product/hygiene laws.
Items can look ever so slightly different to pictured as they are individually handmade, but this is normally unnoticeable.
Although most items are stated as MADE TO ORDER I do occasionally have some ready made in stock - if this is the case I will dispatch them to you sooner than the stated time :)
