You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
Sales conditions are as per the distance selling regulations, but here are my directions within that:-
1 You have 14 days after receiving goods to cancel your order - this must be in writing and e-mailed to firstname.lastname@example.org
2 If you return an item you 'the buyer' must paid the return postage fee - I will not refund this amount.
3 You can not return personalised items
All my items are sold as Home Decor items and are not suitable to be given as toys due to small parts.
As the items are Handmade they may be delicate and should be handled with care.
Extra care must be taken with bunting to make sure any strings are kept out of the reach of Children.
All my items are made in a smoke free, pet free environment.
