Buying from me

I customise bags by adding my own designs. I use a product called Flex Transfer Paper to create my designs. I also make my own Bag Charms and Keyrings. Any requests please message me.
Postage -
I will post within 2 working days of payment received. I will send 1st class to the UK. If outside the UK please contact me for a quote for postage before you make a purchase.
Returns -
If you are unhappy with any item for any reason please contact me. If an item is faulty I will be happy to give a full refund if the item is returned to me in an unused state within 7 days of receipt. Postage costs will not be refunded.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
