You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
Personalised items are non-refundable unless faulty on arrival. If a personalised item has arrived damaged, please contact us firstname.lastname@example.org with your order details and a replacement will be arranged for you.
Any spelling on personalised items is as seen so please ensure you send the correct words as we will print what you send.
If you require a proof prior to printing please mention this in the notes to seller section during check out.
