Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

Bought this as a gift and was not disappointed! Great quality work with perfect wrapping to protect it too. Came with helpful instructions for care and display and arrived really quickly. The recipients loved it and to be honest I was a bit sad to give it away!
