Buying from me

I love sewing accessories, and taking personalised orders makes my day. I enjoy embroidery and seeing the smiles of the people receiving their gifts. I work full time also so my shipping times maybe longer if its a custom order.. however I'll make sure I keep in contact with my buyer to keep them up to date.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

If you are unhappy with your product please contact me first and I will do my utmost to resolve any concerns.
