I believe that everything I create and make has a tiny piece of my soul attached to it and so my work is not only personal it is also personalised, usually with the names and dates and other sentiments of your choice incorporated into or onto it.
I would like to think that I live by the William Morris inspired ethos, "Have nothing in your house that you do not know to be useful, or believe to be beautiful."
I live with my husband and our Dog "Mr Scribble" and I run my business from our home in Yeovil, Somerset, my husband having kindly converted his precious garage space into an art studio for me!.
I appreciate that Somerset is a beautiful county with a tranquil quality that cannot be beaten. "I love living here painting pictures on pottery, paper, fabric & furniture and actually earning a living!"
