Elephants Hankie is a felt and fiber shop based in Wales.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

I work very hard to make sure each handmade piece is perfectly made and packaged safely before being dispatched, however accidents and incidents happen that are outside my control, in which case the following polices apply.

I allow 12 hours to cancel an order and receive a full refund.

Once dispatched you have 14 days to return the item for a full refund. The refund will not be processed untill the item is returned. You will also receive a refund on the return postage cost.

Personalised or commissioned items will only be refunded/partial refunded/or refused a refund upon review of the item when returned.

Faulty items will be refunded up to 2 months after dispatch with photographic evidence and a review of the item.

Partial refunds or replacements may be offered for faulty items.

Please allow 2-3 working days for the refunded price to appear in your bank/PayPal account before raising a concern.
