Buying from me

Every item in my shop is thoughtfully handmade using soft, hight quality merino wool. I crochet and knit each piece myself, focusing on comfort, durability, and timeless design.
Items are sent via Royal Mail 2nd ClassTracked and you will receive a tracking number for your parcel so you will be able to track your delivery.
EU countries: I will ship via Royal Mail, but you should be aware that there may be extra clearance fees/duties to pay on parcels from the UK.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
