PAYMENT: - is expected on purchase. Please contact me if there will be a delay in payment, or you order will be cancelled.

Payment to be made through Paypal, you don’t need a Paypal account you can use a credit or debit card.

POSTAGE: - I aim to post out after payment clearance within 3 working days.

Please be aware that I ship from the UK. Customers outside the E.U. are responsible for any customs charges set by their own country

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

RETURNS: - If for any reason you are unhappy with the order, let me know asap. I want this to be a good experience for you and want you to be happy with your purchase so if there is a problem please get in touch!

For any item that is returned I can not refund the shipping charges.
