So I'm a playwright by trade. That is my living. I'm Irish so it's not really considered a big deal. Sure the place is coming down with them! :-) And it's difficult. I'm not complaining, I've done well, very well. I am, however, always in my head. So I started making jewellery mainly to get out of my head. I find that it stretches a different part of my brain. And I sit in my kitchen surrounded by findings and beads and I'm delighted with meself really. I'm obsessed with Art Nouveau. It has to be said that I also have this huge disco thing. And I love funky little quirky necklaces too. So that's what this is, just a girl standing in front of a...no, that's Julia Roberts. I make Czech glass and Swarovski delicate flower jewellery, art deco and disco. It's just me and the Chowling 'Lally' and it is, for me, pure and utter joy. Hope it shows. x
