Little Bird SOS positively engages with people to provide life enrichment, education, socialisation, creative distraction and personal growth. Most of our, eco friendly, items are made by participants who access our health and wellbeing activities. As a non-profit making organisation, all of the proceeds from our sales go towards supporting the social aims of our organisation which are of particular benefit to people experiencing stress, anxiety and depression.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
