I supply interesting pieces for glass artists to use in their work. I also sell metallic fusing inclusions for fusers.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
If you don't like it....I'm very sorry about that but it's no problem. Please return it to me, unused, and send it signed for service. I will refund you, you won't lose any costs and you will be refunded as soon as the item is received intact.
