Howdy! my name is Dainty a real cute eleplunk, and with the help of my person Charlie, we try and make lots more handmade cuteness! Mainly using felt, but we do have a thing for anything buttoney, beady or shiny. As everything is made by us please do tell us if you would like to add your own take of cuteness to one of our designs and we will do our best to help.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
