Buying from me

I make most crafts to order, so some level of customisation can be made, just add a note with your order. I aim to dispatch your items within 3 days, and Ship via Royal mail, All items will be packed as secure as I can to ensure safe delivery. Like many here I am a sole trader and rely on your custom.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

Some Custom prints cannot be returned unless damaged or Faulty.
