Welcome! I'm the owner of Crystas's Crystallisations. Each of my products are made with the highest quality of materials and of course love and care goes into each order. I'd love for so many people to have one of my products in their homes! There is lots of sparkle and glitter but I have a wide range of products to suit many peoples taste, I'm always creating new products! I do hope you like what you see!
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
Refunds and Exchanges -
No refunds on personalised or made to order items unless item has been damaged in the post. A refund will only be given if you have sent me a picture proof of the damage.
No FULL refund will be given until item is returned back to me.
Buyer must pay postage back.
