While this appears to be a beautiful item, I never actually received it.
When I contacted the seller, I did not hear back.
3 months later, I received an automated email saying it had been shipped, but I never received it.

No communication from seller to say they had received my order or how it was progressing. After waiting for over 2 weeks, I got in touch to ask how my order was progressing as it was now over the 10 working days as per the item description. Seller apologised for the delay and item was sent 2 days later.
Would have made my buying experience much nicer if they had sent a quick message to say how my order was progressing, or had contacted me to explain the delay.

I am really pleased with my gift tags they are a great design and really well made, would definitely buy more in the future. The only comment I would like to make is that it would be great to send a message advising of the lead-time once the order is placed (as I missed the note on the front page of the shop).
