Buying from me
Thank you for supporting my small scale craft business. My jewellery is created with high quality materials. All of the items are handmade with care & an attention to detail. Due to the origin of the materials, some colours may differ slightly from those pictured. All jewellery findings are sterling silver unless stated otherwise.
After your payment is received, I will endeavour to ship orders within 1-2 working days. Some items may take longer if made to order.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
Please read the description of the item you are interested in carefully before you buy it. Any messages are welcome so do contact me if you have any questions or requests.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, returns are accepted within 7 day of receipt.
Returned items must be in the same condition as when they were sent to you. I am not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Please include your name and invoice number with your return. Items need to be received and checked by myself to ensure they are in the original condition before a refund can be issued. Please note that shipping charges will not be refunded on return items.
Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons, I am unable to offer refunds on earrings.
