Crafty Joe's is a family business based in Herefordshire, UK. We sell a range of patchwork, knitted and crocheted goods for you and your home, such as hats, scarves, cushions, blankets and decorative fluffy creatures, as well as showcasing the artwork of 'Nibz', an accomplished painter and sculptor currently focusing on macabre and horror sculpture.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
Fluffy animals may not be returned if they have been washed, as it clearly states that they should not be.
We will not refund or replace an item if it is damaged as a result of not following care guidelines (for instance, a snag in a scarf or blanket due to washing with other items that have caught on the yarn - to avoid this always wash delicate items inside a pillowcase, or on their own)
