You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
Your purchases are covered by the Distance Selling Regulations which means you have a minimum of 7 working days from the date you receive the goods to let us know that you want to cancel your purchase. At Crabtree Lane we offer a return period of 14 working days for exchange or refund your order.
If the goods are faulty then we will happily pay the return postage costs. If you have simply changed your mind then return costs will be at your expense.
The exception to this policy is personalised, bespoke or specially commissioned products. We are unable to refund or exchange these orders unless they are faulty.
We recommend that you return any orders for refund or exchange using a trackable method such as Royal Mail Special Delivery. When you return you order please include the order number, your name and your address. Returns should be sent to:
