Why Cottage Garden Cards?
I have always made my own cards for friends and family, I think that personal touch is important. A lot of inspiration comes from plants and nature, I love that cottage garden feel of rambling flowers, old pots and recycled containers. This is reflected in a lot of my cards.
I do tend to hoard scraps of interesting and attractive paper which is fun to incorporate in my designs. If I can re-use, re-purpose or re-cycle I will!
I have sourced good quality blank cards and envelopes which are made from recycled materials. I ship orders carefully packaged in recycled paper packaging, I don't use plastic sleeves for online sales but am trialing compostable bags for displaying my cards in shops.

These cards are so different, and so beautifully made - they're just right to send to someone special to show you've taken the trouble to choose something individual and handmade rather than a mass produced item. I've bought from CGC before, and will do so again!
