Digital proofs and Turnaround Times

Once an order has been placed and accepted, I aim to produce a digital proof within 3 working days that will be emailed to you.
I urge customers to check these proofs carefully and point out any amendments that need making, I offer the digital proof and revision at no extra cost.
Once you are happy with the digital proof and have given a final confirmation, your product will start the physical making process at which point no other amendments can be made and the order will be completed in accordance with the digital proof you have approved. Please be sure to check proofs carefully before confirming.
Form here it will take up to 3 working days from receipt of approval, to completion of product ready for dispatch.

Returns and exchanges and cancellations

In line with folksy Returns and exchanges policy, I gladly accept returns and exchanges. The buyer is responsible for paying for the cost of return postage on any returned items. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss of value.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Unless damaged or defective items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements are non-refundable.
I also ask that any cancellations on personalised, bespoke or made to order products are made before the final digital proof confirmation please.

Shipping

At this time there will be no international orders accepted.
To keep postage costs low all products will be sent by Royal Mail Standard post prices starting at 0.66p with products expected delivery in 4-6 working days from time of dispatch.
If you wish to have tracking details for the extra cost products can be mailed with Royal Mail Tracked Delivery cost starts at £2.06.
Time for delivery starts from time of dispatch and does not include production time.

Hey there,
My name is Frankie, I am a single mum of two young humans and a cat mum of 1 fur baby called Cosmo (pictured above), I was thinking of shop names whiles crafting and my cat loves to lie at my feet while I craft and since I love alliteration and my cat being with me Cosmo Cards & Crafts was born. Don’t get me wrong I love my kids but my craft room is a child free zone, probably why Cosmo loves to be in here with me haha and lets face HP Cards and Crafts doesn’t have the same ring to it lol. I did try.
I have been hand crafting cards and gifts as a hobby for as long as I can remember. But it has been the last few years that I have really begun to sink into it and explore new and exciting ways to make my cards and gifts. Crafting has always been my way to relax and calm myself in times of stress when my mental health is at a high (or just because) and after my children were born it also became my form of ‘me time’.
Until recently it was something I just did in my spare time and gifted my complete projects to family and friends who then started to pay me to make them for them to give as gifts too. It is with their encouragement I decided to share my hobby and open up shop here on folksy.
All my cards are made from scratch and use inspiration from the likes of the person receiving the card such as favourite colours and interests. Even now I have invested in a digital cutting machine, I have spent much time learning how to create my own designs and files and how to get them to work, while still being able to draw on my own inspirations. I like to think that my cards are not just cards but also gifts that can be kept as keepsakes too. My sister showed me this when she framed her new home card that I made to use as a décor element in her first home.
