All items are shipped within 24 hours, with free tracked shipping available in the UK.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

As my items are hand crafted it may not always be possible to offer an exact replacement or duplicate, but I will always do my best to help.

Please let me know if you are unsatisfied. Simple repairs or little alterations can be made at no cost (except shipping fees). If for any reason you are unhappy with your handmade jewellery, I will accept a return within 14 days of your receipt of the item. Refunds are made on the satisfactory return of the item, minus shipping fees; items must be returned in their original packaging.
