Great customer service. Mine didn’t come out the colour I wanted and so he sent me some dark oak stain to go on it free of charge. Lovely product too, finishes off our lounge. Thanks Colin.

Although it started with a left foot in that the job got delayed by a bit more than expected, Colin was generally contactable and approachable. Once the box with my daughter’s name arrived, the big parcel looked tightly and well wrapped. However, when opened, the box had one wooded letter broken with the missing piece inside the wrappings. It was easily fixed and I can only presume it broke during the delivery process. Further, the box itself came with a crack on one of the edges which I tried to glue it but it proved impossible. Nonetheless, it is not noticeable when the lid is closed. All things considered, I’m satisfied as the price was reasonably competitive and the box as such looks nice.
Really good value for money, bespoke workmanship, made and delivers as promised.
