I'm Claire the main designer for my business, my daughter Callie helps me design my kids jewellery. When I started my business I wanted to create affordable unique handmade jewellery using glass beads as I love the way they look and the sparkle you get from them. I use the highest quailty glass beads as I want my customers to love what they buy and have a fantastic shopping experience, the packing is just as important to me so your jewellery arrives safely.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
