Ivana arrived within a few days and was exactly as appeared in her publicity photo! She was a present for my sister and I wanted to have something too so have bought Hans Frei. Excellent service and Sarah the designer has been very helpful and friendly.

Although the snow delayed delivery by a couple of days, I was kept well informed of what was going on, and when alphonse did arrive, he was well packaged and he was extremely well made and very cute! Would certainly buy from again :)
