Hello and Welcome to my little corner of Folksy, where I hope you will find something filled with woolly goodness which catches your eye. All my items are lovingly handmade by me with new yarns of quality.
Your purchased items will be despatched on receipt of payment through Paypal and if by any chance you are not completely satisfied with your purchase (with the exception of merely a change of mind), I will gladly offer a full refund with buyer paying return postage.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
Buyer pays return postage in the event of a refund. Item must be returned in exact same condition as it was received.
