Chibi Chi Designs

We rock British designed and made clothing and apparel! From unique makeup bags to custom totes, we create it all!

Chibi Chi Designs originally started in 2013 and we made paper cuts and cards. I became a Mummy in 2016 and decided to make Chibi Chi Designs my full time job, this meant I could work from home and see my greatest creation of all grow!
In late 2016 I decided to take my shop in a new direction and we started selling cake toppers, these have proved to be really popular and are available in our Etsy and facebook stores.
In 2017 we jumped feet first in to clothing and apparel and it has been amazing! We love creating unique bags, clothes and fabric accessories and they have been a hit.
We are re-launching our Folksy store to carry our makeup bags - if you want to see our other items please check out our social media pages.
I'm a mummy to a beautiful girl and two furries Chihuahua's. I live in Dorset with my husband and our tiny ones and enjoy making the most of our beautiful countryside and seaside location.
When I'm not whipping up fabulous creations to sell I like to sew and I have just started to learn how to make beautiful outfits for myself and daughter.
I also love to read and bake, although these days I don't get much time for either!

Buying from me

All my creations are made within 2-5 working days and are sent from my home in Dorset.
If you have ordered a custom design please make sure you have sent me all the details that I need to create your digital proof.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

I understand that sometimes things can go wrong. If you have changed your mind about an order, you have 10 days from receiving to request a refund. This will be processed once the item has been returned in its original condition - the buyer will be liable for postage fees.
If any item arrives damaged, please contact me immediately and I will send a replacement. I ask for photographic evidence, simply to help me ensure that the damage doesn't occur again.
Our custom or personalised orders are excluded from the change of mind refund. We work closely with our buyers to ensure you are happy with a design before it is finished.
