Charmed Wood specialise in designing and making hand-crafted, wooden garden products. We individually hand-make all items to order, for absolute attention to detail and we use treated FSC timber, sourced from local suppliers, as we are passionate about protecting natural resources. If you would like any of our designs customised, we’d love to hear from you.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

It arrived this morning and is now installed in the garden - it is incredibly well made, all the bolts and screws went in like a dream and the instructions were idiot-proof
