My name is Catherine and I live in the Cornish countryside. I freehand machine embroider lampshades using un-dyed natural felt which is made from 40% wool/60% acrylic which creates a lovely warm light. Once a design has been stitched it's then mounted onto PVC backing (which has been tested and passed the Glow Wire Test) Each lampshade is unique, therefore no two are the same, requests for larger sizes or alternative colours are welcomed and can be made to order
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
