Welcome to my shop.
I design and create super chunky pure merino wool blankets, Christmas decorations and pom poms. I love the feel and texture of beautiful Merino wool and lovingly create soft and cosy knits that will add that wow factor to your home.
My Grandma tried to teach me how to knit when I was younger; she was an incredibly fast and skilful knitter herself.
I couldn’t hope to be as good as she was until I discovered chunky arm knitting. I saw some beautiful throws and blankets in a magazine and I was determined to make some myself to use in my home.
A couple of years ago I went to a mill where all kinds of wool were on display and fell in love with the Merino, so soft and luxurious, I knew I’d found my passion.
I taught myself, developed my own technique and made some wonderful blankets for my family. When others saw them and decided they would like one I began to sell them locally.
It took me months to hone my craft, to learn how to hand finish the wool and how to create other chunky knit items. I now sell online, at craft fairs and to local contacts.
I’m a primary school teacher and combine my crafting with being a mother of two young children.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
