Pretty disappointing. Labeling very poor quality. Childish rather than quaint. The packaging is tacky and the P&P also very poor, sent in a Jiffy bag allowing the thing card labels to arrive bent and creased. Will not be happy to present these as present as the overall look is cheap and nasty.

Impressed by how you responded to my notes! I'd never ordered from Folksy before so didn't realize quite how much I was asking by writing such long requests! However you responded to my notes excellently, providing lovely handwritten cards to give alongside the soaps which I gave as birthday and christmas gifts. The soaps were very well received, everyone loved them! The personal touch of the notes really made the gifts special, especially enhancing our ongoing gnome joke!

Pro - Well packaged, speedy, also had a freebie! Always good. Haven't used it yet so can't comment on the actual product.

Con - I expect a packing slip when I buy things, and the inclusion of business cards/flyers for me to pass on to people may also be something to think about in the future :)
