Fun, Bold, Unique Handmade Gifts & Home Accessories

Ever since I was a young girl growing up in North Yorkshire, I have loved nothing more than losing myself in mounds of fabrics, threads and buttons … just the word ‘Haberdashery’ has my heart aflutter. Arts and Craft has always been a big part of my life, surrounded by such inspirational and creative woman. From admiring my Great Grandma’s exquisite hand knitted suits, watching my Grandma with fascination as she produced the most intricate cross stiches and my mum hand sewing stunning pieces of home décor and upholstery.

Now living on the Essex coast with my soon-to-be Husband and baby girl, I began making personalised gifts to celebrate friends' birthdays, weddings and the arrival of new additions to the family. The reaction I started to get from recipients was priceless. Knowing something I had enjoyed creating, brought so much joy, meant the world to me … and so Beloved Threads was born!

My work comprises of unique, bold and fun pieces including Embroidery Hoop Art with hand stamped lyrics and quotes, a little free hand machine embroidery and a few pom poms thrown in for good measure. Every piece I make is entirely handmade, meaning each and every one is one of a kind. Perfect for that unique gift you are looking for or a little treat for yourself and your home.
