I send purchased items using Tracked shipping from Royal Mail.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to me in its original unused condition within 14 days of receipt. Please contact me before sending something back, so I know to look out for it.
Returned items MUST be unused, unworn with all tags still attached and must be returned in original packaging with all and any enclosed documentation. I will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge.
The cost of returning the item is the purchaser's responsibility.
You are strongly advised to use a service that gives proof of delivery, and insurance for the value of the item. Proof of postage is not enough - the item MUST be received back by me, in its original condition, all tags attached, in order to receive a refund.
