POSTAGE Information - All items from one order will be send together. You will only need to pay one postage per order -however if you placed more than one order AT THE TIME we will refund you the cost of postage paid with any additional order and send them together.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

Returns/Exchanges for All items made to size - It can be difficult to order a bracelet or a ring which is made to size, sometimes the size we order is not quite right ...so to accomodate for any 'adjustments' we offer ONE exchange for different size (or shape /where applicable) - if that happens, please contact us as soon as possible and we will take it from there. Please note - To make the exchange the customer will be required to return the item to us and cover the costs of postage both ways.
Any further "adjustments" might be a subject to additional charge.
* We highly recommend to check the size carefully to avoid the "exchanges" etc. if you are not sure please do not hesitate to get in touch.
