PLEASE NOTE: Last post for overseas orders from the UK to arrive in time for Christmas 2015 is the 15th December 2015 and UK orders is the 21st of December 2915. Made to order design turnaround time at present is eight working days.

When you buy from me you can be reassured of a beautiful and unique gift.

Orders are ready to post within three to seven days depending on complexity of the design and gift wrapped with care.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

Please contact me if you are not completely satisfied with your order. I will do my best to help. Refunds are available on all orders returned within 30 days. This includes custom orders.
