Wonderfully quick and a high level of contact so I didn't have to even think about were my product was. It was also gift wrapped so I don't even have to worry about that on Christmas eve. The latest email even gives me a little info on tarnishing and has let me know there's a polishing cloth in the box. All round very much value for money.
