You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

At Artemis London, I am committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. I understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to return or exchange a product. I strive to provide a fair and transparent returns policy that extends beyond the legal requirements. Please take a moment to familiarise yourself with this policy outlined below which is in place for you. I have this policy guarantee because I want you to love the furniture I make you.
60 Day Love Your Table Guarantee: I am proud to offer you a 60 day Love Your Table Guarantee on all products from the date of your order. This guarantee goes beyond the legal requirements, of a maximum return of 14 days after delivery, for a UK business under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation, and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. If you receive a product with aesthetic damage or a structural fault, I will expedite the repair and return it to you. If the issue cannot be resolved using standard production methods and/or relates to a supplied component and/or product from a third-Party affiliated company, I will replace the affected part or component.
Natural Timber Variations: Please note that my furniture is made from natural timber, and it may exhibit variations in appearance. These include the frequency and size of knots and cracks, consistency of colour between table top pieces, and the waviness, angle, and colouring of the wood. I strive to accurately represent these variations through my sales process, descriptions and photos available on the website. If you have specific needs or concerns regarding these natural variations, please ensure they are included in your order or contact me before confirming your order.
Aesthetic Issues and Specifications: If you encounter an aesthetic issue related to the varied character of natural timber, replacing the product with a like-for-like specification may not guarantee avoiding the same issue. In such cases, a change of specifications may be required to meet your requirements. I will work closely with you to find the best possible solution but please ensure your expectations are aligned with the information provided on the furniture being sold on the website.
Condition of Returned Items: To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and free from any damages or signs of wear. Please ensure that all original tags, packaging, and accessories are included when returning the item.
Return Instructions: To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
a) Contact me within 60 days of your order
b) Provide your order details and the reason for the return or exchange
c) I will guide you through the return process, providing you with the necessary instructions.
Return Shipping: This can be fulfilled by the courier service used to fulfil your order and you are responsible for the return shipping costs, if necessary these costs will be debited from the initial order amount prior to your refund. This does not apply if this is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on my part. If using your own shipping service, for your protection, I recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service to ensure the safe return of the item/s.
Exclusions:
Please note that certain products may be non-returnable or subject to specific return conditions due to: the furniture being stored incorrectly and subject to extreme changes in heat and/or humidity or consistently dry and/or humid environments. Should this have occurred the order may not be eligible for return or full credit. Such changes can occur even within the packaging so it is important due care is taken while the furniture is in your possession for this policy to be utilised. This policy explicitly does not cover furniture has been set-up or used.
Additional Notes:
Goods received back in anything other than re-saleable condition may result in a refusal to issue credit or the application of re-working charges.
While I am willing to arrange return transport via an appropriate carrier, the risk of potential damage or loss during the return journey is at your own risk.
If the return is due to an Artemis London error, I will collect the goods or provide a replacement at no additional cost. Please familiarise yourself with the information contained on the website relating to wood so you understand what is being made and sold to you. An error on my part relates to the incorrect size, style or colour being delivered.
Please ensure that products are adequately packaged for their return journey, using the original packaging and the appropriate protective materials. Failure to do so may result in a "loss of value" fee being applied to your return.
