Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

Your order will be despatch within 3-5 working days. During busy times (e.g. Valentines, Christmas etc) the delivery TIME may be slightly longer. Please send me a message if you would like to find out my current delivery time scales.

For a small charge of £2.00 I send all purchases by Royal Mail second CLASS post, however, if you would like yours a little quicker I can send it by Royal Mail special delivery for a small additional cost of £3.00.
