About Stuart Curry Ceramics

Stuart Curry Ceramics

I am a potter, specialising in Raku and Saggar fired ceramics

I'm a potter from Nottinghamshire. I have been "playing with clay" for over 20 years.
I am part of the Northern Potters Association and Midland Potters Association.
I am not a production potter, as someone with ADHD, sitting and throwing 100 mugs is never going to happen, I would go insane. Having said that, I have so much admiration for anyone who can.
Every piece that I make is totally unique, with the obvious exception of slip casting. But even with the slip casting I try to make each one different with the glaze application.
I'm happy to answer any questions by direct message.
