Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.

Absolutely wonderful service, and extremely well made items. I bought a flower brooch and the red riding hood skirt, and I couldn't be more pleased with them. Very high quality and very nice designs indeed, with special touches to them. The skirt fits absolutely perfectly and if it hadn't done, the seller had offered to make adjustments. I received lots of contact from the seller and she was extremely helpful. Highly recommended.
