Buying from me

Every item is handmade to order; usual processing times for orders is 5-7 working days, if you require your order by a specific date then please let us know prior to ordering and we will do our best to get your order made in time.

Each listing describes the item and the sizes available to order. Please leave a note when ordering to state which size it is you wish to purchase.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
