Buying from me

Each item is carefully checked over to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. It is then securely wrapped, popped in an envelope (or postal bag for larger items) and taken to my local Post Office to be delivered to you. You will be notified once your package is on it's way!
In my shop you will find quality rather quantity. If you have any questions you'd like to ask me, don't hesitate to send me a message, I am happy to help!

Returns Policy

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
