Buying from me
My aim is to offer unique items of high quality jewellery at reasonable prices. I make everything myself by hand using only the best available materials - two of my personal favourites being borosilicate glass and Argentium 960 silver. I am constantly developing my own designs and my own quirky methods alongside traditional lampworking and silversmithing techniques. Everything listed in my shop is in stock ready for immediate dispatch. If you have any comments or questions, please get in touch.
Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
Above and beyond Folksy's standard returns policy, I offer a simple unconditional guarantee. If you are not satisfied with any item for any reason, simply contact me and arrange to return it for a full refund of the purchase price excluding postage. In the case of an error or fault on my part I would also refund the postage.
